Wellness Plans

We offer a discounted wellness plan that includes a set number of visits and services. Please note that because the plan is offered at a reduced rate, we are unable to offer refunds or money back for any unused services. Additionally, all services must be performed on the same day as the chiropractic adjustment. If you arrive close to closing time or the end of a work shift and all services are not available, we may not be able to provide the services you want and there will be no discount or refund provided in this situation.

We encourage you to make the most out of your plan and use all of the included services.

Cancellation fee:
Yearly and/or quarterly early cancellation fee, of 25% of the remaining contract. If you have overpaid, you will be refunded 75% of the prorated balance of your contract. Subscription plans are set to auto-renew so please call the office to cancel.
